Capital O 1430 Hotel Ratna Syariah

Ied Mubarak 1445 H/2024 everytime i came to Probolinggo,i stayed at Ratna Syariah. Strategic location, in the province main road. Near with many restaurant. The room is clean and comfort. Affordable price. Good jobs👍

Location, hot shower

Be careful: the rooms did not match the photo‘s at all! The complex was as goed as empty and they gave us rooms with a small window slit high up. It smelled stuffy and moldy, because it was stuffy and moldy. Not to mention, that there weren’t any blankets - only used and old polyester throuws. With a lot of effort we were able to switched rooms, since the staff did not speak any English. This hotel should not be part of booking.com portfolio. Far too expensive for what we were offered and we left earlier than planned.
